‘Fill your heart with Ireland’ campaign

Tourism Ireland’s ‘Fill your heart with Ireland’ global campaign was live in our key tourism markets, including Great Britain, the United States, Canada, Germany, France, Spain, Italy, the Netherlands and the Nordic countries, in 2025. The ‘Fill your heart with Ireland’ campaign was all about celebrating the different ways in which the island of Ireland fills the hearts of our visitors and of locals – and inviting potential holidaymakers to come and experience those for themselves. It was an advocacy-led campaign – with the advocates, or personalities starring in the ads, sharing the things about Ireland which filled their hearts and dialling up what differentiated Ireland from other destinations. The ads shone a spotlight on Ireland’s characters, character and culture, through engaging personal anecdotes told by those who loved it best – its stars, local characters and visitors. The campaign included ads which featured actresses Sharon Horgan, from Bad Sisters, and Saoirse-Monica Jackson and Jamie-Lee O'Donnell, from Derry Girls.
The ‘Fill your heart with Ireland’ ads ran on multiple channels – including TV, cinema, online and outdoor. The ads were also shared on Tourism Ireland’s social media platforms, including YouTube, Instagram, Facebook and TikTok.
The campaign created 1 billion quality opportunities to see (reach) in 2025.
