Webinar format

• 45 - 60 mins long;

• 10 mins intro by Tourism Ireland. We deliver a brief introduction, including current messages,

introducing the webinar theme, introducing our presenters and then pass it over to the presenters.

• The audience will be able to hear you and see your slides – but not see you;

• There is 8-10 mins max presenting time for each of the 4 industry partners. Please keep this in

mind to ensure your full presentation is delivered.

• At the end, there is a 5 min Q&A session led by Tourism Ireland (if we don't get through all the

questions, they will be emailed to you separately and you can answer them directly).

• As well as speaking about your property/attraction it is also recommended to reference specific

benefits of staying in your county/region. This will make it easier for travel agents to fit your

experience into an overall itinerary.

Audience

200-300 travel agents join us live from across North America. RSVP’s can be up to 700-800 agents. Your contact details and company/ product

will be made available before, during and after the webinar, so the agents can always get in touch. The

webinar is recorded and sent to anyone who registered, even if they cannot attend live, which is usually an

additional 200 travel agents and trade contacts.
