Spain - Ireland Week Madrid 2026

Information

In 2026, Ireland Week will take place in Southern Europe (Spain, Italy and France), a week-long celebration of the culture of Ireland, to coincide with St. Patrick's Day. As a key part of the programme of Spain Ireland Week 2025 (10^th – 17^th March) we will hold an "Experience Ireland" showcase in Madrid city centre venues for consumers and B2B on Thursday 12^th March (Travel Trade day) and Friday 13^th March (Consumer day). Industry partners will have the opportunity to deliver a live demonstration or presentation of their experience/product to the Spanish audience.

"Experience Ireland", in its 3^rd year, is an experiential, hands-on showcase of the island of Ireland for top tier Spanish Travel Trade, and for the second time, we will bring Ireland to life also for consumers to inspire them. Spanish attendees will enjoy food & drink tastings, workshops and demonstrations such as bread making or language lessons, Irish dancing and Irish crafts, virtual reality experiences, all demonstrated by you - the industry experts from the island of Ireland.

Prizes/gadgets or samples will be most welcome as a great support to engage with the audience. For additional promotion, we invite industry partners to create a dedicated offer code with special value for bookings made during Ireland Week (10-17 March).  

The event calendar for Spain Ireland Week 2026 includes the following pillars and it will take place across several locations in Madrid City: film, dance, theatre, music, history, sports, literature, gastronomy.
