Spain - Halloween Trade Event 2026

Information

Barcelona and the wider Catalonia region represent one of our key outbound regions to the island of Ireland with direct flights to Wild Atlantic Way airports from Reus and Girona, as well as direct flights from Barcelona to Belfast, Cork and Dublin. This event offers an excellent opportunity to meet key travel trade contacts from the region and position your product front of mind for 2026/2027 programme planning. 

The target audience includes tour operators and travel agents, with the event designed to strengthen Ireland’s positioning as an off-season destination, particularly for autumn and winter travel. Using Ireland’s connection to Halloween as a central theme, we aim to inspire the trade to develop and promote new themed propositions and itineraries, while providing our industry partners with a platform to showcase products and experiences that are especially relevant during this period.

We aim to recruit approximately 40 key decision-makers and buyers from local tour operators and travel agencies that currently sell Europe or have the potential to do so, including agencies working with ad hoc groups, premium leisure agencies, and those that create and sell their own programmes.

The full cost of participation at this event is €300 + VAT / £252 + VAT.  

No refunds for cancellations after 01.08.2026

Successful partners will be responsible for any additional personal expenses associated with attending the event, including flights, travel, accommodation, and any meals not included as part of the event programme.

Recruitment will be carried out by Fáilte Ireland and Tourism Northern Ireland. 

Spanish speakers would be an advantage, but are not essential.
