Tourism Ireland are looking for recipes from island of Ireland industry partners which celebrate Irish produce and cuisine. Selected recipes will be included in our food and drink toolkit for overseas trade and media.
Recipes should showcase Irish food in an elevated manner and do not need to explicitly include Irish produce.
