Information

Participate in four B2B events in Victoria BC, Kelowna BC, Edmonton AB, and Ottawa ON. Industry partners will each be provided with their own branded high-top table, or the option of a 6-foot table to showcase product offerings if they are available e.g. tastings, demonstrations etc. 

The 1st hour of the event will be a tradeshow format, with attendees encouraged to visit each booth/high top table. 

Following this will be a Partner Spotlight. Partners will have a choice of how to use their spotlight time:

• Option 1: Partners are given the floor to engage, interact and entertain attendees (5 mins)

• Option 2: Speaking time introduction + video (3 mins)

Examples for Partner Spotlight include but are not limited to: Guided food pairings & tastings, Weaving, Craft-making, Cooking/Baking, Education (How to: Music, Language, Dance, GAA,), Genealogy and Storytelling / Comedy.

We encourage partners to bring all display elements for their tables. We are open to your suggestions and encourage creativity. The objective is to showcase saleable experiences in a memorable way with a taste of what their clients can experience on the island of Ireland.

16:15 – Partner Spotlight (time slot will be allocated per partner)
17:15 – Quiz and Prize Giving
17:45 – Closing Networking

*Please note event in Ottawa will be an evening event from 16:00 – 21:00 PM due to flight schedule from Edmonton. 

On Friday, May 2nd there will be a lunch hosted in the home of newly Incumbent Ambassador John Concannon. This event is optional.
