Tourism Irelands’ pilot ‘Business Events Collective Co‑operative Programme (BECCP) supports industry-led collaboration, allowing partners to act as an extended sales force for the island of Ireland in priority markets. Up to 50% of total approved costs will be reimbursed by Tourism Ireland.
Eligible activity for Tourism Ireland co-operative marketing support for Business Events can include either, or a combination of:
• Business Events focused in-person overseas Sales Events – organised independently of Tourism Ireland by the group or by a 3rd party on behalf of the group. For example, where 20 event planners are invited by the group to a business breakfast in Boston.
• Group participation at 3rd party overseas in-person business events sales platforms/shows/events – organised independently of Tourism Ireland.
Please note that attendance at Tourism Ireland led overseas shows/events where industry have been recruited by either Fáilte Ireland or Tourism NI are not eligible for support under this programme.
