The island of Ireland welcomed a record 1.8 million visitors from the United States in 2018 – up +14% when compared to 2017. Revenue also grew by +16% to over €1.6 billion, compared to the same period in 2017.
Visitors to Ireland from the United States grew by +15% to over 1.7 million in 2018, when compared to the previous year.
Visitor revenue from the United States to Northern Ireland increased by +22% to £73 million and visitors grew by +21% to 237,000, when compared to the same period.
