The journey begins underground at the Marble Arch Caves, where guests explore an ancient limestone world formed over millions of years. With the sound of the subterranean river and the cool, still air, visitors experience a rare moment of quiet reflection deep beneath the surface.
Back above ground, the experience continues at the Boatyard Distillery on the shores of Lough Erne. Here, visitors meet the makers, explore hand selected botanicals, and learn how the distillery draws inspiration from its surroundings. Visitors take time to smell carefully selected botanicals, learn about the craft of distillation and savour the distinctive flavours of locally produced gin and vodka.
