Tourism Ireland invite industry partners to participate in partnerships with Online Travel Agent (OTA) in Great Britain. Within OTA partnerships there are opportunities to submit deals to feature within our OTA campaigns.
Tourism Ireland co-operative OTA partnerships aim to increase destination awareness and deliver holidaymaker bookings to the island of Ireland.
The OTA promotional campaigns will promote specific destinations or regions, and Tourism Ireland co-branding will be included.
There are two types of opportunities available for industry partners:
1. To submit a strong offer to feature within the OTA campaign: There is an opportunity for the island of Ireland industry to submit strong deals or offers to OTAs for inclusion in the campaign. With the aim to increase exposure and ultimately resulting in increased bookings for our industry partners. To be considered, a deal must be in the form of a special discount code redeemable for the OTA users, or a special promotion/price point running during the campaigns’ timeframe.
2. Partnering with TI and the OTA: There is an opportunity for the industry to buy into the campaign and drive traffic off the OTA site and directly to the industry partner site. The minimum level of funding is dependent of the total investment put towards the campaign.
