Tourism Ireland encourages prospective visitors to come and get off the beaten track on Ireland’s islands!
Tourism Ireland has unveiled a new online film showcasing the charming islands to be found right around Ireland.
The video is called "Explore the islands of Ireland” and was created by Tourism Ireland to show people everywhere what to expect when you go off the beaten track and visit our breathtaking islands. Tourism Ireland is reminding prospective visitors that each island is unique – some are home to wonderful wildlife, some are full of local traditions, while others have ancient wonders steeped in myth and legend!

The video features just some of our unique islands – including Devenish Island, the Skelligs, the Aran Islands, Rathlin Island, the Saltees, Garnish Island, Dursey Island, Copeland Island, Achill Island and Arranmore.
The film is being promoted through Tourism Ireland’s social platforms, including Facebook (more than 4.58 million fans worldwide), Twitter (over 526,000 followers) and YouTube
