~ Tourism Ireland invites Darina Allen, Noel McMeel and Clodagh McKenna to prepare a special St Patrick’s feast ~
Three of our top chefs joined Tourism Ireland in New York yesterday (Tuesday, 12 March), to cook a delicious St Patrick’s Day feast and to raise the profile of our superb culinary scene.
Darina Allen of Ballymaloe Cookery School, Noel McMeel from Lough Erne Resort and celebrity chef Clodagh McKenna delivered a culinary masterclass to guests – who included influential epicurean and lifestyle journalists, as well as key travel trade contacts – at the ‘Cooking By The Book’ event in Tribeca.
