Why is Ireland so green? Tourism Ireland’s latest online film tells potential visitors all about our weather!

Tourism Ireland has released a new video called “All About the Weather on the Island of Ireland” – giving prospective visitors the lowdown on our weather, when we sometimes have four seasons in one day! It’s a quirky guide, informing viewers about the island of Ireland’s climate, average temperatures each season and what to pack – and letting them know that “it’s even been known to rain from time to time”!

The 55-second film is now live on YouTube and can be viewed here. It’s being promoted through Tourism Ireland’s social platforms, including Facebook (3.6 million fans worldwide), Twitter (355,000 followers) and YouTube.
