Top tour operators from Germany, Canada, the Netherlands and Austria took part in a walking tour of the Walled City of Derry, on a recent fact-finding trip themed around the legends and landscapes of Northern Ireland.
Flown in by Tourism Ireland to participate in the Meet the Buyer workshop, which took place in Fermanagh, the tour operators had a chance to experience at first-hand Belleek Pottery, the Ulster American Folk Park and the Stone Circles at Beaghmore, before arriving in Londonderry to visit the City Walls and the Tower Museum.
The visit was organised by Tourism Ireland in conjunction with the Northern Ireland Tourist Board.
International tour operators explored the Walled City of Derry with local guide, Ronan McNamara (second left).
